How to Use Shortcode in My theme

Ymm App is not Working After Changing Theme.

When you install app, files are placed under your current active theme. So when you change your theme, it will run out with theme. We suggest you to click on "Install Files" button which you can see in App or Contact Us.

Custom Changes Lost After click on "Install Files" button.

Custom Changes cannot be revert back therefore we prompt message when you click on "Install Files" button.

When click on Search button, I have encountered with 404 Error.

For this please go to Admin >> Apps >> Year Make Model Advance Search >> How to Use it and click on Create Page button.

My Products are not showing in Search result.

Please ensure about you have assigned product IDs correctly. You can check it from "Export Ymm CSV" button, which will show you details about your YMM row and assigned Product IDs.

Will My Data lost completely after Uninstallation ?

Yes, When remove data once Customer uninstall App. Due to maintain server space.

How can i remove App files after Uninstallation ?

There are 7 files, which you can remove from your theme, which is belongs to our App.

Go to your current active theme :

  •  templates/page.ymm-custom.liquid
  •  assets/ymm-custompage.css
  •  assets/ymm-custompage.js
  •  snippets/ymm-searchbox.liquid
  •  assets/ymm-searchbox.css
  •  assets/loader.gif
  • assets/no_img.png

How to find ProductID ?

We have given this feature in Import/Export Tab of app. Click on "Export Product CSV" button. it will give you CSV file with ProductIds in it.

Is Product ID equal to SKU ?

No, Product ID and SKU both are different things.

Unable to Import my Ymm Records.

  •  Make sure, its CSV file NOT EXCEL file.
  •  Make sure, its Comma Separated file, NOT SEMICOLON Separated file.

How to Assign Products via CSV in Ymm Rows ?

Make sure, you must separate product IDs by ~ sign

How to Download Sample CSV file ?

When I import CSV , it shows "Wrong CSV Fields".

Please check your CSV field Ordering, Which should be match with your latest field ordering. You can download Sample CSV to cross check it.

What is CSV Import Limit per operation ?

If your CSV file has more than 8000 rows, then please split it. eg. there is 10000 rows in CSV then split CSV in two part. 1. 8000 rows CSV , 2. 2000 rows CSV. All in all, you cannot import CSV file with more than 8000 rows at a time.
